Broccoli pasta noodle ring is a pretty simple recipe that takes around 45 minutes to prepare.
You Need:
Thin spaghetti - 1 pound
Packaged frozen chopped broccoli - 8 ounces
2 tbsp unsalted butter
Plain breadcrumbs - ⅓ cup
Red pepper flakes - 1 tbsp
4 beaten eggs
Whole milk - 2 cups

Go & Cook:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a bundt pan using nonstick cooking spray.
Cook noodles as per the instructions given on the package. Then, drain the noodles.
Cook broccoli as directed. Drain the broccoli.
Take a large bowl. Mix cooked broccoli, cooked noodles, bread crumbs, butter, and red pepper flakes.
Toss to combine the mixture gently.
Pour into a ready-made ring mold.
Now, take a medium bowl.
Beat eggs, whole milk, and some salt together in it. Pour the mixture all around of noodles.
Place the ring mold in a hot water containing pan.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Insert a toothpick into the noodle ring. See if it comes out clean.
Remove the pan from the oven. Cool for 5 minutes.

2. Spiralized Singapore Noodles

You Need:
1 large radish
3 carrots
Coconut oil - 2sp
Thumb-sized chopped ginger - 1
Fat red chili - 1 (Finely chopped - ½, thinly sliced into rings - ½)
2 fat crushed garlic cloves
6 finely sliced spring onions
Curry powder - 1 ½ tbsp
Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
Teriyaki sauce - 1 tbsp
Roughly chopped Pack raw prawns - 150g
Shredded cooked ham - 100g
Large handfuls beansprouts - 2
Coriander and lime wedges, to garnish

Over high flame heat oil in a work.
After the oil is hot, add chili, ginger, spring onions, and garlic.
Stir-fry for 30 seconds until just softened.
Add soy sauce, curry powder, prawns, teriyaki, and ham.
Cook again for 2 minutes. Let the prawns get pink.
Next, add bean sprouts and veggie noodles.
Stir for 1 min until the noodles become soft. They still are to have a nice bite.
Don’t overcook. If you do the noodles will turn watery.
Serve scattered with sliced chili, coriander, with lime edges around.

You Need
Wide kosher for the Passover egg noodles - ½ pound
½ melted stick butter
Cottage cheese - 1 pound
Sour cream - 2 cups
Sugar - ½ cup
6 eggs
Freshly ground cinnamon - 1 tsp

Celery salt to taste

Boil noodles in a pan.
Move the noodles to a colander to drain. Pour cold water.

Set in a pan containing hot water. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
After baking is finished, unmold the noodles on a platter.
